Cancellations and refunds

Plans change, and that’s okay. Here’s how cancelling works, in plain words.

  • 30 or more days before your trip

    Full refund

    Cancel any time up to 30 days before your trip starts and we refund everything you paid.

  • 7 to 29 days before your trip

    50% refund

    We refund half of what you paid, add-ons included.

  • If your guide or Radikal cancels

    Full refund

    Weather, permits, safety or too few travellers: whatever the reason, you get everything back, or move to another date if you prefer.

How to cancel

  • Open your booking in your profile and choose “Cancel booking”.
  • Or message our support team and we’ll take care of it for you.

Changing your plans

  • Want a different date? Message us and we’ll move your spot to another available date where we can.
  • Can’t make it, but a friend can? Let us know and we’ll do our best to pass your spot to them.

Good to know

  • If you cancel, refunds are available until 7 days before your trip starts. If your guide or Radikal cancels, you receive a full refund at any time.
  • Days are counted up to the start date, in Indian time.
  • Add-ons are refunded the same way as the trip.
  • Refunds go back to your bank account or UPI ID, usually within 7 working days.
  • Your booking follows the policy that was in place on the day you booked.
